Minced meat pan with apple and leek

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 45 g rice
  • Salt
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 125 g minced beef
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • ½ cup vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions. Trim, rinse, and finely chop the spring onions. Use the green parts as well. Rinse the apple, quarter it, core it, and cut it into wedges. Heat a pan thoroughly, then add the oil and the minced meat and fry until crumbly, stirring occasionally. Add the spring onion rings and apple wedges and stir to combine. Season everything with a little salt and plenty of pepper and continue frying. Pour in the stock and cook, covered, for about 3 minutes (until the apple wedges are soft). Arrange on plates and serve with the rice.
