Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 16 slice(s) beef fillet(s), thin
- Pepper, from the mill
- 40 g butter
- Salt
- 400 g rocket
- 10 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 200 g cheese (hard cheese)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Pepper the beef fillet slices, fry briefly in clarified butter (2 minutes on each side), and season with salt. Wash the rocket and drain. Make a marinade from walnut oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, add the rocket, and mix well. Grate the hard cheese. Arrange the salad on large plates, top with the beef fillet slices, and sprinkle with the hard cheese. Serve with a baguette.
