Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 700 g sugar
- 500 g nuts
- 100 g candied lemon
- 100 g candied orange peel
- 450 g flour
- 3 packets of baking powder
- ½ tsp clove powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 pack of gingerbread spice
- 700 g potatoes, cooked, mashed
- possibly wafers, large
- Chocolate glaze
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
super juicy and delicious
Whisk the eggs and sugar until foamy. Stir in the remaining ingredients and the spices. Spoon the batter onto each wafer and spread it into a mound using a knife dipped in water. Place it on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes. Let the gingerbread cool slightly and then cover with the melted chocolate glaze.
