Low-carb curd bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g low-fat quark (low-fat curd cheese)
  • 2 tbsp powder (protein)
  • 200 g nuts, ground
  • some vinegar
  • some salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 5 tbsp sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Beat the eggs with a mixer until frothy. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking dish and bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes.
