Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 80 ml oil
  • 40 g yeast
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

also called stick bread

Blend all ingredients into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough around a clean stick and hold it over the fire until it turns a nice brown. Do not hold it over the fire, or the dough will immediately turn black and become inedible. Serve on the stick.
