Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 1,000 g quark, Exquisa, 0.2%
- 400 g quark, spring quark 40%
- 200 g cream cheese, herbs
- 2 cheeses, Bressot cream level
- 250 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 lemons
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 bunches of chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Crush the garlic, finely chop the chives, and add them. Blend everything thoroughly with a hand blender and season with lemon juice and sugar. This amount is enough for about 25-30 jacket potatoes and is a popular side dish for any grilled food.
