delicious Christmas pastries or ice cold in summer
Mix the flour with the baking powder, then make a dough with the remaining dough ingredients and the dough hook. Chill for 1 hour. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 mm and cut out stars using cookie cutters, half of which use a hole or star shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes, until the tips are light brown. The stars will darken slightly. Allow the pastries to cool completely, then melt the nougat in a bain-marie, brush it onto a whole star and place a counterpart with a hole or star on top. Once cooled, decorate with powdered sugar or chocolate coating. The stars are not only delicious during Advent, but also delicious well chilled in the summer.
