Garlic seasoning paste

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 large garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp sea salt, coarse
  • 4 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp black pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

for steaks

Finely chop the garlic, then sprinkle with salt and crush into a paste. This can also be done with a hand blender or mortar. Pour the garlic paste into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything well. Directions: Rub the steaks evenly with the paste on both sides and let it rest at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes, then grill as desired.
