Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 tbsp, heaped lemongrass powder
  • 1 tbsp, heaped galangal, ground
  • 60 g ginger root
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt
  • 8 kaffir lime leaves, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the ginger with a teaspoon and cut into pieces. Peel and quarter the onions and garlic, then blend them with all the other ingredients in a food processor until a smooth paste forms. Pour into a glass jar. Tip: If you’d like to make tom yum paste, reduce the amount by about 1/3 to 1/2 of the amount and continue according to my tom yum paste recipe.
