Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g sea salt
- 2 small rosemary sprigs
- 1 organic lemon(s), zest
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
perfect for rosemary potatoes
Wash the rosemary and dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel. Pluck the needles and chop them not too finely. Mix them with the lemon zest and sea salt. Seal tightly so the salt doesn’t absorb moisture. We also like the salt on fries or simply on a sandwich.
