Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 parts coriander powder
  • 4 parts pepper, ground
  • 6 parts allspice powder
  • 1 part clove powder
  • 2 parts maca powder
  • 1 part ginger powder
  • 1 part nutmeg
  • 8 parts paprika powder
  • 8 parts onion powder
  • 4 parts garlic granules

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the spices together and grind them with a mortar and pestle if necessary. Then knead them into the meat mixture when preparing the hamburger patties. Store the spice mixture in a dry place.
