Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 ml soy sauce
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 80 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 60 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp basil, chopped
  • 1 ½ tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • ¼ tsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

With the right and especially homemade barbecue marinade you will become a barbecue master this summer

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Marinate the meat for at least 8 hours and remove it from the marinade shortly before grilling.
