Marinade for steaks for grilling

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 beef steaks (300 g each)
  • 3 tbsp coffee, brewed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 1 tbsp steak seasoning
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 garlic clove(s), pressed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

with coffee

Mix all the marinade ingredients together and place them in a freezer bag along with the steaks. Massage the marinade in a little. Marinate the steaks for 3 hours and then grill.
