Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tsp oregano
  • 4 tsp thyme
  • 4 tsp savory
  • 4 tsp basil
  • 4 tsp curry plant
  • 4 tsp rosemary
  • 2 tsp hyssop
  • 2 tsp lemon verbena
  • 500 g sea salt, coarse

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Here the dried garden herbs are used

Finely grind dried herbs or briefly chop them in a food processor. Mix the herbs with the sea salt and place in a tightly sealed container. The salt can also be used in the mill. It’s quick and easy and tastes great.
