Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 400 g sugar
  • 200 g margarine
  • 100 ml milk
  • 500 g biscuits (butter biscuits)
  • 500 g nuts (e.g. walnuts)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Combine the cocoa powder with the sugar, margarine, and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat for 5 minutes. Set aside and let cool. Break the butter biscuits into small pieces (approx. 5 mm). Toast and chop the nuts. Finally, combine the biscuits, nuts, and cocoa mixture and divide them into two portions. Place each portion in a separate freezer bag and shape into a sausage shape. Freeze for about 2 hours to set. Slice before serving.
