Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml white wine vinegar
  • 2 rosemary sprigs
  • 80 g onion(s)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 4 peppercorns, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 30 days; Total time approx. 30 days 5 minutes

Chop the rosemary sprigs into smaller pieces. Peel the onions and cut them into half rings. Peel the garlic clove and crush it with the back of a knife. Then place all ingredients in a tightly sealed container and let it mature for about a month. Then strain the rosemary vinegar through a cheesecloth and pour it into a glass bottle.
