Gnocchi and sausage pan with carrots

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g meat sausage
  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 500 g gnocchi, fresh from the refrigerated section
  • 150 g herb cream cheese
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 4 stalks of parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel and slice the sausage. Peel and slice the carrots. Mix together the cream cheese and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausage. Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Briefly sauté the carrots in the hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in the gnocchi and pour the cream cheese and milk over them. Add the sausage slices. Cover and simmer until the carrots have the desired bite, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley just before the end. Enjoy.
