Apricot-banana smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 apricots, fresh
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • e.g. sugar or agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and quarter the apricot. Peel and roughly chop the banana. Puree the fruit with the buttermilk and lemon juice. Season with sugar or agave syrup, if desired. Pour into jars.
