  • 140 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
  • 125 g margarine, soft
  • 80 g sugar
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 100 g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 100 g hazelnuts, roughly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 42 minutes

with wholemeal flour and margarine, for approx. 24 pieces

Beat the egg, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the soft margarine and beat again until fluffy. Mix the wholemeal flour with the salt and baking powder, sift it over the egg, sugar, and margarine mixture, and mix. Finally, mix in the white chocolate and hazelnuts. Use a teaspoon to place small heaps of the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving enough space between them as they will spread during baking. Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C for about 12 minutes. Then remove from the oven and let cool slightly on the baking sheet. Best stored in a cookie tin or enjoy straight away.
