Olive oil with fresh basil and garlic

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves or 1/2 bulb of Chinese single-clove garlic
  • ½ tsp peppercorns, green from the jar
  • 1 tbsp, heaped basil, fresh, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 21 days; Total time approx. 21 days 10 minutes

Peel and slice the garlic. Combine all ingredients in a bottle. Shake vigorously. Store in a cool, dark place for 2-3 weeks. Shake before use.
