- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion(s), white
- 100 ml white wine vinegar, 3%, boiled, cooled
- 100 ml water, boiled, cooled
- ½ tsp coriander seeds
- dill
- basil
- Salt
Instructions

ideal for vegetable dishes
Crush garlic cloves with salt, add ground or chopped spices. Mix vinegar with water and gradually add this liquid to the garlic mixture, stirring constantly.
