Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 tbsp Italian herbs
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Water
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- curry
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Chop the tomatoes, mix with the other ingredients and a generous splash of lukewarm water. If you like, you can add a little white wine, which is especially delicious with fish. You can do this either in a bowl or in a zip-top freezer bag. If you’ve only marinated cheese or tofu, you can then add the marinade to a green salad for a delicious sauce. Or you can heat it up, thicken it a bit with flour and water, and pour it over meat, fish, or even just some pasta.
