Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 ml kefir
  • 200 ml pineapple juice
  • 1 large banana(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice or lime juice
  • e.g. agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and slice the banana. Blend the banana with the kefir, lemon or lime juice, and pineapple juice, and season with agave syrup.
