Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 bags of rice (125 g each)
- ¾ liter vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat the oil in a large pan, add the rice from the pouches, and fry until translucent. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, bring to a boil, and cook on high for about 20 minutes. Add a little water every now and then if there’s no more liquid above the rice and it’s not yet cooked.
