Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar, brown
  • 100 ml milk
  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 200 g flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g chocolate (chocolate drops)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

makes about 50 cookies

Heat the butter and sugar, deglaze with the milk, and remove from the heat. Mix the oats with the flour and baking powder. Gradually stir in the butter mixture. Let cool. Stir in the hazelnuts, desiccated coconut, and chocolate chips. Place small mounds of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
