Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 small onion(s)
- 400 ml cream
- 250 ml milk
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 200 g herb cheese spread
- 200 g cream cheese spread
- 3 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
- some herbal mixture, frozen
- salt and pepper
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
tastes good with pasta
Chop the onion and fry it in a little oil. Then add the broth, cream, and milk and heat. Then add the tomato paste and all the processed cheese. Heat everything again until the processed cheese has melted. Add herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
