Banana buttermilk cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 sachet of gelatine – fix
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 35 g sugar
  • 50 g dark chocolate shavings
  • 10 g dark chocolate coating
  • 25 g whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 20 minutes

Peel and chop one banana, setting aside some pieces for decoration. Peel and puree the remaining bananas. Whisk the gelatin into the buttermilk and continue stirring for about 1 minute. Stir in the sugar and banana puree. Layer the cream in glasses, alternating with chocolate shavings. Chill for 10 minutes. Use a peeler to peel curls from the chocolate coating. Whip the cream until stiff. Pipe a small dollop of cream onto the buttermilk cream in the glass and decorate with bananas and chocolate curls.
