Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup of quark
  • ½ cup yogurt, Greek
  • 50 ml cream
  • some sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 6 speculatius cookies
  • Cinnamon, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Christmas recycling

Whisk the quark with cream, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Crumble four of the speculatius biscuits and divide them between the bowls. Spoon half of the quark mixture over the top and sprinkle with a few blueberries. Spread the remaining cream on top and garnish with the remaining berries and speculatius biscuits. Refrigerate for a while, then sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and serve with a spoon.
