Fruit dessert with persimmon and banana

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 140 g crème fraîche
  • 60 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp, levelled honey, creamy
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp, leveled vanilla paste
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 large persimmon
  • 1 large banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix together the crème fraîche and yogurt. Then stir in the honey, vanilla paste, lemon juice, and finally the cinnamon. Peel and quarter the banana, cut into small cubes, and fold into the cream. Peel and dice the persimmon, and also mix into the cream. Pour the fruit dessert into four glasses.
