Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g currants, red
  • 100 g apricot(s), fresh
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 200 g buttermilk
  • Lemon juice or lime juice
  • e.g. sugar or agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Strip and wash the currants. Wash, halve, and pit the apricots. Peel and roughly chop the banana. Blend the fruit with the buttermilk and a little citrus juice, and season with sugar or agave syrup.
