Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 6 bell peppers, 2 each, red, yellow and green
- 2 slices of cheese (Gouda)
- 6 slices of cheese
- 1 egg(s)
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Season the minced meat with paprika, salt, and pepper, add an egg, and mix everything thoroughly. Deseed the peppers and fill them with the minced meat. Place a piece of Gouda cheese and a slice of bacon on top of each filling. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
