Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 2 bags of dough (dumpling dough)
- 1 kg minced meat
- 4 large onions
- 150 g sour cream
- some cream
- 1 frozen herb (8 herbs)
- 8 m.-large tomato(s)
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 2 bags of cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- Thyme
- oregano
- Paprika powder
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Spread the dumpling dough on a greased baking sheet. Mix the minced meat with pepper, salt, thyme, oregano, and paprika, season to taste, then spread evenly over the dumpling dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. In the meantime, brown the sliced onions in a little oil. Mix the sour cream with a little cream and the 8-herb mixture, and season with salt and pepper. After the 20 minutes of baking, spread the onion rings, chopped tomatoes, and mushrooms over the minced meat. Spread the sour cream mixture on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the potato pizza for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.
