Gooseberry drink

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g gooseberries
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 300 ml buttermilk
  • some cinnamon
  • 3 tsp honey
  • ice cubes
  • 2 sprigs of mint, small

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

For 2 glasses, with banana and buttermilk

Wash and hull the gooseberries, and drain well. Set aside a few berries for garnish. Peel the bananas and coarsely slice them. Blend them together with the gooseberries and 100 ml buttermilk until smooth. Then add the remaining buttermilk and honey and blend until frothy. Half-fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour the drink into them. Wash the mint, shake dry, and scatter it over the drinks along with the remaining gooseberries. Serve immediately.
