Tomato and feta cheese bowl with basil and olives

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • ½ pack of sheep’s cheese, approx. 150 g each
  • n. B. Olives without stones
  • e.g. basil
  • e.g. olive oil
  • e.g. balsamic vinegar
  • n. B. garlic
  • e.g. chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar into the bottom of the bowl and add the crushed garlic and chili flakes. Quarter the tomatoes. Crumble the feta cheese using a lunch bag. Slice the olives and finely slice the basil. This can also be done with scissors. Place everything in the bowl and mix if desired.
