- 125 g starch flour

- 1 egg(s)
- Fat, for the baking tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
only suitable for the meat grinder
Roast the ground nuts in a nonstick pan without fat, being careful not to burn them, and let them cool. It’s not necessary to roast the nuts, but roasted nuts are more flavorful. Whisk the fat with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg until fluffy. Then combine the flour with the cornstarch and add it, finally kneading in the cooled, ground nuts. Let the dough rest for two hours. Then, using the biscuit attachment on your meat grinder, pipe rings and sticks onto a greased baking sheet and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes at 180-200 degrees Celsius. This dough is only suitable for the meat grinder. It’s too stiff for a biscuit press or piping bag.
