Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¼ honeydew melon(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 handful of strawberries
- 1 handful of grapes, seedless green
- 60 g low-fat yogurt (up to 0.5%)
- 1 tsp honey
- some sweetener, optional

Healthy and delicious, suitable for WW (0 PP)
Blend all ingredients in a blender, adding liquid sweetener if desired. If you’d like to enjoy your smoothie chilled, blend in 2-3 ice cubes!
