Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¼ honeydew melon(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • 1 handful of grapes, seedless green
  • 60 g low-fat yogurt (up to 0.5%)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • some sweetener, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Healthy and delicious, suitable for WW (0 PP)

Blend all ingredients in a blender, adding liquid sweetener if desired. If you’d like to enjoy your smoothie chilled, blend in 2-3 ice cubes!
