Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125g spaghetti
- 400 g mushrooms
- 30 g wild garlic
- 1 shallot(s), chopped
- 1 tsp butter
- 20 g Parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, thinly slice mushrooms and thinly slice wild garlic. Heat butter and sauté chopped shallots. Add mushrooms, season with salt, and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring. Mix spaghetti, wild garlic, and Parmesan with the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
