Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions
  • 200 g ham (salmon ham)
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 500 g Chinese cabbage
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly potatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips. Heat the cooking oil, sauté the diced onions, add the sliced ​​salmon ham, and fry. Add the mushrooms and Chinese cabbage. Season with soy sauce, pepper, and salt, and simmer for another 10 minutes. Dice the potatoes, if desired, and boil them separately. When they are tender, add them to the stew.
