- 1 mango(s)
- 1 papaya
- 1 apricot(s)
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 40 g walnuts
- 400 ml orange juice
- 4 tsp honey

A healthy vitamin bomb!
Peel all the fruit. Pit the mango and apricot. Deseed the papaya. Roughly dice the flesh of all the fruit. Roughly chop the walnuts. Blend everything with the orange juice until smooth. Season with honey and blend again briefly. Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and serve immediately. Tip: If you like, you can decorate the glasses, e.g., with a sugar rim or fruit. Add some ice cubes to the blend to keep it nice and chilled. Other nuts can also be used instead of walnuts.
