Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g dried dates, pitted
- 20 g raisins
- 100 ml water
- 10 g ground almonds
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp. clove powder
Instructions

with dates, raisins and almonds
Chop the dates. Soak them in water in a small bowl with the raisins overnight in the refrigerator. Stir occasionally if necessary. Finely purée the soaked fruit. Stir in the ground almonds. Season to taste with salt, cinnamon, and clove powder. The spread will keep in a sealed screw-top jar in the refrigerator for about a week. Instead of the dates, you can use other dried fruit, such as apricots, prunes, and figs. The spices can also be varied accordingly, for example, ginger, cardamom, or anise. Sesame seeds or coconut flakes also taste great instead of nuts.
