Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 50 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 7 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp, sautéed cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk, for mixing
  • 10 tbsp, leveled cornstarch
  • possibly nuts
  • possibly chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Bring 1 liter of milk, nuts, almonds, sugar, and cinnamon to a boil in a saucepan. In a cup, combine the cornstarch and milk and stir into the hot milk. Reduce heat to low and continue stirring until everything has slightly thickened. Ladle into bowls and refrigerate for 2 hours. If desired, garnish with some whole nuts or chocolate shavings.
