Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 125 g sugar (brown)
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 eggs
- 500 g flour
- 2 ½ tsp cocoa powder (unsweet)
- 2 tsp gingerbread spice
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- 250 ml milk
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 tbsp honey
- 100 g desiccated coconut
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cream the butter until fluffy, add the eggs and honey, and mix well. Combine the baking powder with the cocoa powder and spices, and stir in alternately with the milk. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Brush the warm cake with 4 tablespoons of honey and sprinkle with desiccated coconut, then let it cool completely. Cut into small squares/cubes. You can also cut larger pieces if you like.
