Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 tbsp oil or margarine
- 2 onions
- 2 bell peppers, green and red each
- 5 large potatoes
- 1 can of corn
- 2 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
- 2 tbsp, heaped tomato ketchup
- 1 liter meat broth, from the jar or stock cube
- 2 tsp soy sauce, dark
- Salt
- Pepper, ground
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Pul Beaver
- Worcestershire sauce

Clean the onions and bell peppers. Peel the potatoes. Finely dice the vegetables. Heat the fat in a large pot. Brown the ground beef until crumbly and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sauté the diced vegetables for 5 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste and sauté briefly. Deglaze everything with stock. Drain the corn and add it to the pot. Season to taste with the spices, ketchup, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve the meat stew with farmhouse bread.
