Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 750 g pointed cabbage (alternatively white cabbage or Chinese cabbage)
- 300 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp instant broth
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
- Caraway, ground
- nutmeg
- ¾ liter of water
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the minced meat in hot oil. Trim and finely chop the cabbage. Briefly brown the cabbage and deglaze with about 3/4 liter of water. Peel the potatoes, dice them, and add them. Add 2 tablespoons of instant broth and season with pepper, caraway, salt, and nutmeg. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Tip: Children often like it better if you simply serve mashed potatoes instead of boiled ones!
