Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 kg fish fillet(s) (redfish, pollock)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 80 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with peanut butter coating

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Beat the egg until frothy, then mix with the peanut butter. Alternately add flour and milk to form a batter thicker than pancake batter. Add salt and pepper, if desired. Dip the fish fillets into the batter with a fork and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
