Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and chives

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Butter for the pan
  • 1 slice(s) smoked salmon
  • chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Lightly whisk the eggs with the milk, not overmixing, and season with salt and pepper. Heat a pan with the butter, add the eggs, and let them set slightly on the bottom. Then tear the salmon into large pieces and scatter them over the eggs. To ensure the eggs are nice and fluffy and the salmon doesn’t overcook, remove the pan from the heat well in advance. Serve immediately, sprinkled with plenty of chives.
