Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ liter of milk
  • 1 bag of pudding powder, chocolate
  • 2 tbsp sugar, heaped
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coffee powder (not instant)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the milk while whisking together the chocolate pudding mix, sugar, cinnamon, coffee powder, and 5 tablespoons of cold water. Remove the milk from the heat and stir in the pudding mix. Bring to a boil. Pour into pudding molds or cold-rinsed glasses. Press cling film over the mixture to prevent a skin from forming and refrigerate. Garnish with vanilla sauce, grapes, or wafer rolls.
