Wash and hull the strawberries and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar over the strawberries, stir thoroughly, and let stand for about 1 hour. For the porridge, pour 1 liter of milk into a saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together, then add the cornstarch. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the milk begins to thicken. Pour into a bowl and mix in the sugared strawberries. Chill. We like it best when the porridge is still lukewarm. Just try it.
