Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml grape juice
- 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla), for cooking
- 250 g fruit (e.g. frozen berries)
- 2 tbsp honey
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Take 6 tablespoons of grape juice and mix it with the custard powder. Be careful to avoid lumps. Heat the remaining juice in a saucepan. As soon as it starts to bubble, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the custard powder and fruit. Bring everything to a boil briefly. Now add the honey and lemon juice. Rinse a plate or bowl with cold water and pour the mixture into it. Once cooled, the porridge can be propped up and served with cream or custard.
