Oreo potting soil with vanilla pudding

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 pack of cookies (Oreos), or similar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla, for cooking
  • 40 g sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 130 g butter
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 400 ml cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Crumble a package of Oreo cookies in a blender. Cook the vanilla pudding according to the instructions. Stir 130g of butter into the still-warm pudding. Stir occasionally. Combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Whip the cream with the whipped cream stiffener and fold into the cream cheese mixture. Once the pudding has cooled, fold the cream cheese mixture into the pudding. Alternate layers of the crumbled cookies and pudding mixture in a vase. Top with a thick layer of Oreo cookies and then decorate with a single flower.
